Comprehensive test system of Electric resistance welding transformer
1. Overview
The comprehensive test bench complies with relevant national standards such as GB/T4776, GB/T5169, GB/4285-1993.
This test bench is mainly used to test the no-load and load characteristics of power transformers and distribution transformers. It can also conduct frequency multiplication induction and power frequency withstand voltage tests on the tested transformers.
The measurement part of the device is controlled by a high-end microcontroller, and the digital display, no-load, short-circuit and other test data are synchronously sampled by the microcontroller, avoiding errors caused by separate readings of voltage, ammeter, and power meter and manual calculation in traditional test methods.

3. Conditions of use
This equipment should be used under the following conditions:
1. The installation height should not exceed 1,000 meters above sea level.
2. The surrounding medium temperature shall not be higher than +40 ℃ and not lower than –5 ℃.
3. The relative humidity of the air should not be higher than 85%.
4. There is no place with conductive dust and corrosive gas that damages metal and insulation.
5. Places without explosion hazard.
6. A place where there is no vibration and the vertical tilt does not exceed 5°.
