JYR DC Resistance Tester
1. Overview
The DC resistance of the transformer is a must-test item for semi-finished products, finished products factory testing, installation, handover testing and preventive testing of the power department in the manufacturing of transformers. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connections, missing strands, broken wires and other manufacturing defects of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. During the temperature rise test of the distribution transformer, due to the huge difference in resistance between the high and low voltage windings of the transformer, the traditional high and low voltage series test with a constant current source cannot be used. If two testing instruments are used for testing at this time, the instrument will be easily damaged due to mutual induction of the high and low voltage windings of the transformer. Our company has used its own technical advantages to develop a new generation of DC resistance tester to solve this problem. The instrument adopts dual constant current source design, CPU programmable charging and discharging sequence, and complete protection measures. It is very suitable for temperature rise test of transformers with high and low voltage windings that are very different.
2. Performance characteristics
1. This instrument has a large output current (the maximum output is 20A) and a wide test range (up to 2KΩ). It is suitable for temperature rise tests and DC resistance measurements of all transformers with a voltage level of 35KV and below.
2. Perfect dual power supply design. It has the functions of simultaneous testing and separate testing of high-voltage and low-voltage sides.
3. This machine has the function of protection and alarm in case of input misconnection to AC380V power supply, the function of wire breakage anti-tension arc protection, the function of audio discharge alarm, and the indication is clear to reduce misoperation. Complete protection circuit, strong reliability.
4. Large color screen, touch operation, display data is clear and easy to read.
5. The temperature rise test automatically prints and stores the temperature rise data at set time intervals for convenient recording.
6. The instrument is equipped with a perpetual calendar, 100 sets of conventional data storage, and the storage of two temperature rise test results. Data will not be lost when shut down. And it is equipped with a "U disk" interface to facilitate export for computer to generate temperature rise curve.
7. This instrument is equipped with RS485 communication interface and cooperates with the host computer control software to realize remote control measurement.
8. This machine is equipped with temperature rise software, which can automatically process data and generate a temperature rise curve.
