WJBR-10A DC Resistance Tester (III)
1. Overview
The measurement of DC resistance is a required test item for semi-finished and finished products in the manufacturing of inductive coils such as transformers, transformers, reactors, and electromagnetic operating mechanisms, factory testing, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests in the power sector. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connections, missing strands, and broken wires of inductive coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the need for rapid measurement of DC resistance of inductive coils, our company used its own technical advantages to develop a DC resistance tester. This instrument adopts new power supply technology and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, wide measuring range, and digital display. The whole machine is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, which automatically completes self-test, data processing, display and other functions, and has automatic discharge and discharge indication functions. The instrument has high testing accuracy, is easy to operate, and can achieve rapid measurement of direct resistance.
2. Safety measures
1. Be sure to read this manual carefully before using this instrument.
2. This instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but it should be used away from rain, corrosive gas and other places. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.
3. The maintenance, care and adjustment of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.
4. After the test is completed, be sure to wait until the discharge alarm stops, then turn off the power and remove the test wire.
5. When measuring the no-load voltage regulating transformer, be sure to wait until the discharge indication alarm sound stops before switching gears.
6. During the test, it is prohibited to move the test clamp and turn off the power supply line.
