WJBTC-105 Transformer Empty Load Characteristic Tester (English Version)
1. Functional characteristics
1. It can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of the transformer; it can conduct transformer harmonic testing.
2. It can measure the three-phase inductance and reactance of the reactor and automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance rate.
3. The instrument automatically switches the range internally, allowing a wide range of voltage and current measurements and simple wiring.
4. When doing no-load and load tests of three-phase transformers, the instrument can automatically determine whether the wiring is correct and display the vector diagram of the three-phase voltage and current.
5. A single machine can complete the load test measurement of distribution transformers below 100KVA at full current; it can complete the load test measurement of distribution transformers below 250KVA at one third of the rated current (at one third of the rated current, the instrument can be converted to the load loss parameter under the rated current).
6. All test results are automatically corrected. The instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as: waveform correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., making the test results more accurate.
7. 320x240 large screen, high-brightness LCD display, full Chinese character menu and operation prompts enable friendly human-machine dialogue, touch buttons make operation easier, and wide-temperature LCD with brightness adjustment can adapt to winter and summer seasons.
8. The instrument can be preset by the user with 40 groups of parameters of the tested product, and these parameters can be deleted and added at any time as needed, making it very convenient to use.
9. It comes with a real-time electronic clock that automatically records the date and time of the test to facilitate the preservation and management of the experimental results.
10. Panel-type thermal printer can quickly print test results on site.
11. The data (sample settings, measurement results, test time, etc.) has power-off storage and browsing functions. It can store 500 sets of experimental results and can transmit data online with the computer.
12. Allows external voltage transformers and current transformers to be connected for extended range measurement, and can measure any parameter of the test object.
