WJBR DC Resistance Tester
1. Overview
The WJBR-10A DC resistance tester takes a high-speed microcontroller as the core, has a built-in rechargeable battery and charging circuit, and adopts high-speed A/D converter and multi-range programmable current source technology to achieve wide-range resistance measurement, achieving unprecedented measurement results and highly automated measurement functions. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, wide measurement range, stable data, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, perfect protection function, and fast charging and discharging speed. It is especially suitable for measurement of large resistance windings in outdoor conditions without power supply and transformers. The instrument is small in size, light in weight and easy to carry. It is the latest product for DC resistance testing of transformers.
2. Main functions and features
1. Using high-speed 16-bit A/D converter, the measurement data is stable and repeatable.
2. Built-in rechargeable battery and fast charging circuit, with charging indication and overcharge protection functions.
3. Automatic program-controlled current source technology, which can either manually select the typical value output current or automatically control the output current by the internal microcontroller. There are 3000 current gears inside the current source. In the automatic state, the internal microcontroller automatically controls it according to the resistance being measured, thereby achieving a relatively wide measurement range and the best measurement state.
4. Real-time dynamic display, fast response speed, the tap changer can be directly switched in the measurement state, the instrument will automatically prompt, and the new resistance value will be displayed soon, without restarting.
5. Highly intelligent design, clever and advanced function settings, can automatically determine faults such as virtual connection and disconnection of test lines.
6. The protection function is perfect, it can reliably protect the impact of back electromotive force on the instrument, and it has an automatic discharge indication function.
7. Can display the measurement current and measurement time.
8. Can store 250 times of measurement data and will not be lost when power is off.
9. All Chinese character menus and operation prompts are intuitive and convenient.
