一. Overview
WJFA-2100 variable frequency volt-ampere characteristic comprehensive tester is a new generation of innovative CT and PT test instrument developed on the basis of the traditional transformer volt-ampere characteristic ratio polarity comprehensive tester based on voltage regulator, booster and current booster, widely listening to user opinions, after a large number of market research and in-depth theoretical research. The device adopts high-performance DSP and FPGA, advanced manufacturing technology, to ensure stable and reliable product performance, complete functions, high degree of automation, high test efficiency, and is at the leading level in China, and is a professional test instrument for transformers in the power industry.
二: Second, the main technical characteristics
1. Comprehensive function, not only to meet the excitation characteristics (that is, voltammetry characteristics), transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, specific difference and angle difference of various types of CT (such as: protection, measurement, TP) test requirements, but also can be used for various PT electromagnetic unit excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, specific difference and other tests.
2. On-site verification of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, boosters, load boxes, voltage regulation control boxes and high-current wires, and uses extremely simple test wiring and operation to realize the verification of current transformers, which greatly reduces the work intensity and improves work efficiency, and facilitates on-site verification of transformers.
3. It can accurately measure the variation difference and angle difference, the maximum allowable error of the ratio difference is ±0.1%, the maximum allowable error of the angle difference is ± 5min, and the field test of 0.2S class current transformer can be carried out, and the ratio measurement range is 1~40000.
4. Based on the advanced frequency conversion method to test the CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curve and 10% error curve, the maximum AC voltage of only 180V and the AC current of 12Arms (36A peak) are output, but it can cope with the CT test with an inflection point of up to 60KV.
5. Automatically give CT and PT parameters such as inflection point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curve, accurate limit coefficient (ALF), instrument safety factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), residual magnetic coefficient (Kr), saturation and unsaturated inductance.
6. The test meets GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207 and other transformer standards, and automatically selects which standard to test according to the type and level of transformer.
7. The test is simple and convenient, one key to complete CT direct resistance, excitation, transformation ratio and polarity test, and in addition to the load test, all other tests of CT are the same wiring method.
8. Full Chinese dynamic graphical interface, wiring and setting parameters can be completed without referring to the manual: dynamic display parameter setting, and its relevant parameters are automatically displayed according to the currently selected test items; Dynamic display of help wiring diagram, according to the currently selected test items, display the corresponding wiring diagram.
9. 5.7-inch graphic transponder LCD, clearly visible in sunlight.
10. Using rotating optical mouse operation, simple operation, fast and convenient, easy to master.
11. The panel comes with a printer, which can automatically print the generated test report.
12. The device has a memory inside, which can store test data and do not lose power when power is lost. Easy to carry, unit weight <9Kg.
