The dielectric strength test of insulating oil is a mandatory routine test. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the power industry, our company has launched its improved and strengthened version on the basis of the original series of automatic insulating oil dielectric strength testers, and the new version of the insulating oil dielectric strength tester has increased the content of standards and method selection, simplifying the user's operation and facilitating the user to apply different conditions of use. This product is designed and manufactured according to the new test procedure DL/T 596-2005 and the corresponding national standard GB/T 507-2002 and DL/T 429.9-91.

2. Function introduction

1. The series of instruments is an integrated structure, and the corresponding number of cups of oil samples can be continuously tested according to different models. This instrument is controlled by a micro-monochip computer, which can automatically complete a series of operations such as static placement, pressurization, stirring, average calculation, data display, data storage, and printing, and can measure the temperature and humidity at that time. Oil pressure cycle test can be performed in the range of 0-80kV.

2. Adopt 800×480 large-screen color touch screen LCD display, with a backlight system inside, which can be clearly visible even at night. Built-in 13 test standards, 6 test methods and custom parameters for testers to choose and set, testers can choose the appropriate test method according to the actual situation. The thermal printer is adopted, which has good printing effect and low noise.

3. The operation of this instrument is simple, the operator only needs to input simple instructions according to the instructions, and the instrument will automatically complete the withstand voltage test according to the set parameters. The breakdown voltage value of each time is automatically stored, and after the test is completed, the printer can be turned on to print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each oil cup.

4. The instrument has strong adaptability, can be used in the laboratory and outdoor field, the instrument also has strong anti-interference ability, and can also work normally in a strong electromagnetic field environment. It is very suitable for use in departments with a large number of oil samples and tight test time requirements.

5. This instrument has over-voltage, over-current, limit and other protection devices, which absolutely guarantees the safety of the instrument itself and the operator in the normal use environment.
