1. Overview
Power quality refers to the quality of AC power supplied to users through the public power grid, and in layman's terms, it refers to the quality of electric energy in the power grid line. To understand the actual situation of power quality of the power grid, it is necessary to have the corresponding equipment to test and analyze, in view of the actual situation in China, our company has developed a professional power quality analysis instrument suitable for national conditions in a timely manner.
2. Functional characteristics
1. The instrument is a high-precision testing instrument specially used to detect power quality problems such as waveform distortion, harmonic content, and three-phase imbalance in the power grid; At the same time, it also has the functions of electrical parameter test and vector analysis.
2. It can accurately measure voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency and other electrical parameters.
3. The vector diagram of the measured voltage and current can be displayed, and the user can analyze the vector diagram to get the correct wiring of the metering equipment.
4. The current is measured by clamp transformer. Because the clamp current transformer does not need to disconnect the current circuit, the operator can easily and safely measure when the current transformer is measured. Depending on the user's measuring range, a clamp gauge with different measuring ranges can be selected.
5. It can measure and analyze the AC power quality supplied by the utility grid to the user, and its measurement and analysis: frequency deviation, voltage deviation, allowable unbalance of three-phase voltage and grid harmonics.
6. It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and three-phase voltage and current waveforms at the same time.
7. All test interfaces have a screen lock function to facilitate the user to read and analyze the data.
8. Short-time flicker PST and long-time flicker PLT can be measured.
9. Load fluctuation monitoring: Measure and analyze the fluctuations caused by various electrical equipment on the power quality of the utility grid under different operating conditions. Regularly record and store the change trend of power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power,
frequency, phase, etc.
10. Record the active and reactive energy consumed by the test point.
11. Dynamic monitoring of power equipment adjustment and operation process to help users solve problems in the process of power equipment adjustment and operation.
12. Be able to test and analyze the dynamic parameters of reactive power compensation and filtering devices in the power system, and make quantitative evaluation of their functions and technical indicators
13. Different storage intervals can be set to store data continuously at set intervals.
14. Built-in large-capacity data memory, which can be continuously stored for more than 18 months at 1-minute intervals, can meet the needs of long-term monitoring test sites.
15. The instrument has a USB interface, which can easily copy the data directly to the background management computer.
16. With powerful data management software, real-time sampling data can be directly uploaded to the background management computer, and more comprehensive and faster processing can be carried out in the background.
17. It has the function of perpetual calendar and clock, and displays the date and time in real time. The test data and results can be saved at the same time as the on-site inspection, and uploaded to the computer through the USB flash drive, and the data can be managed by computer through the background management software (optional), with powerful reporting functions.
18. Optional WIFI (Bluetooth) module, remote control of the instrument with a tablet.
19. Using large screen imported color LCD as display, Chinese operation interface and equipped with Chinese character prompt information, multi-parameter display LCD interface, human-computer dialogue interface friendly.
20. The LCD will automatically enter the power-saving mode without operation for 3 minutes to maximize the battery working time.
