Mainly used for testing and verification of electric power measuring digital instruments such as energy meters, voltmeters, ammeters, phase meters, frequency meters, power meters, and power factor meters, as well as testing and verification of electric power sensors such as instrument voltage transformers, current transformers, clamp-type current transformers, and voltage transmitters, current transmitters, power transmitters, power factor transmitters, frequency transmitters, etc. Testing and verification of transmitters; testing and verification of reactive power compensation controllers, power data collectors, electric energy meter field calibrators, voltage monitors, distribution load monitors, multi-functional power meters, load management terminals, voltage loss and current timers, distribution automation terminals, Internet of Things energy meters, smart measurement switches, smart circuit breakers, and smart metering modules and other equipment.

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using this product. The following are things to note when using this product:
1. Please do not shut down or reset the instrument when voltage and current are being output. Especially when high voltage and large current are being output, please first turn off the signal output through the operation button, and then turn off the power supply of the instrument.
2. The voltage output must not be short-circuited and the current output must not be open-circuited; before starting the output of voltage signals and current signals, the operator should ensure that the external connections are correct and the external connections must not be exposed. Please turn off the signal output when leaving temporarily.
3. When using this product, be sure to ensure that the instrument is well grounded.
4. Before measurement or calibration, be sure to warm up the instrument for 10 minutes, otherwise the indicators may be affected.
5. Please do not open the instrument without the permission of our company. There is high voltage inside to prevent electric shock.
6. Our company will not be responsible for any consequences caused by violating the above precautions.
2. Main functions and features
1. Voltage, current, phase, power, power factor and frequency are all high-precision and high-stability standard signal outputs, and the software is closed loop.
2. Voltage, current, and phase adjustment can be performed on three phases or any one phase at the same time.
3. The phases between the three-phase voltages and between each phase voltage and current can be adjusted 360°.
4. Three-phase four-wire/three-phase three-wire, four states of positive phase sequence/reverse phase sequence can be output in any combination.
5. Adopt 800×600 large-screen touchable LCD display, which can display 32 electrical parameters in real time.
6. The touch screen and front panel are equipped with operation buttons, and all buttons are clear at a glance. Voltage, current, and power factor are equipped with commonly used test points, which are in place with one click and are easy and fast to operate.
7. The unique one-click input function greatly simplifies the operation process.
8. The instrument is equipped with RS485 interface and RS232 interface, and the whole machine can be operated through the host computer. The instrument is equipped with two communication protocols, one customized by the manufacturer and one MODBUS protocol. Both protocols are completely open and convenient for users to carry out secondary development.
9. When the voltage is short-circuited, the current is open-circuited or the wiring is wrong, the output can be automatically stopped and accompanied by audible and visual alarms.
10. Using advanced power amplifier technology, the reliability and stability are greatly improved.
11. The instrument has two phase modes: "electric energy measurement" and "relay protection".
