WJPTA-2000 analyzer
1. Overview
WJPTA-2000 PT analyzer is a new generation of innovative PT test instrument developed after extensive listening to user opinions, extensive market research, and in-depth theoretical research based on the traditional transformer volt-ampere characteristic transformation ratio polarity error analysis comprehensive tester based on voltage regulators, boosters, and series resonance. The device uses high-performance DSP+FPGA, advanced ARM industrial computer, and advanced manufacturing technology to ensure product performance is stable and reliable, with complete functions, high degree of automation, and high testing efficiency. It is at the leading level in the country and is a professional testing instrument for transformers in the power industry.
2. Main technical features
1. A single instrument can realize the error test of voltage transformer without the need for resonant voltage boosting device, standard voltage transformer, load box, calibrator and other equipment, which greatly reduces the workload of on-site error calibration.
2. The test range is wide and can test electromagnetic voltage transformers with voltage levels from 6kV to 800kV.
3. A standard voltage transformer of level 0.01 is used internally, and the low-voltage error of the transformer is tested using the difference measurement method. The inter-frequency testing technology is used to convert the nonlinear error of the PT at 50Hz, and finally the error of the transformer is obtained. The test level of the instrument can reach level 0.05. During the test process, the maximum test voltage generated does not exceed 3kV to ensure the safety of on-site testing.
4. The test wiring is simple and the operation is simple and easy to learn. You only need to follow the guidance prompts to easily complete the transformer calibration work, which greatly improves the testing efficiency. The test time is short, less than 5 minutes.
5. Using precise software algorithms, the accuracy of measurement data is further improved. It can intelligently judge the condition of external wiring and prompt for wiring errors, transformation ratio, polarity errors, etc.
6. Automatically round up the test data and determine whether it is out of tolerance. The out-of-tolerance data is displayed in reverse black, which makes the data characteristics of the transformer intuitive and clear.
7. Large-scale memory can store up to 10,000 pieces of field test data.
8. The aluminum profile chassis is used, which has good anti-interference performance and ensures the safety of operators and equipment during on-site high-voltage testing.
9. It adopts high-resolution and large-size 8-inch true color LCD display, which can be clearly displayed under strong outdoor light. It has touch screen auxiliary operation, which is simple and fast; the full Chinese display operation is easy to understand.
