WJYS tensile testing machine
1. Product introduction
In order to cooperate with the implementation of the "Protection Test Regulations for Electric Safety Tools and Appliances" issued by the State Power Corporation, our company has developed a mechanical performance testing machine for electrical safety tools and appliances based on years of experience in testing safety tools and appliances. The machine can complete the preventive test of mechanical properties of all safety tools (safety belts, foot buckles, lifting boards, bamboo (wood) ladders, safety helmets) specified in the "Regulations".
This testing machine consists of a vertical double-cylinder hydraulic bench, a helmet test bench and a control cabinet including a microcomputer measurement and control system. It has a manual operating system and an automatic operating system. In the automatic operating system, through the keyboard and man-machine dialogue, you can directly select the name of the safety tool for preventive testing, and you can also set parameters by yourself to perform mechanical property testing of other materials. All test parameters, operation prompts, and working diagrams are Displayed on the LCD screen, and can print test reports that meet the requirements of the "Regulations".

The machine can also set the parameters by itself to do the mechanical performance test of soft materials (such as rope) and hard materials (such as hoists and other lifting tools).
